Though I know we have Wine Dinner Wednesdays here on SideDish, my inbox just got all kinds of excited. If you’re a fan of Patz & Hall Pinots and Chardonnays (as I am — BIG fan. HUGE.), then you’ll want to reserve May 20. That’s the day winery founder Donald Patz presents a vertical tasting of selected vintages from 1999-2007 at Fearing’s. Special wine dinners announced this week include Morton’s, Abacus, Charlie Palmer, Tramonta, Toulouse, Bolla, and DeVine Cellars. Late addition from Dali.

The festivities take place on May 2 and the cost is $100 plus tax and gratuity. Thanks to Dallas Uncorked for the details below.
UPDATED FOR WORZEL: The just-approved menu and wine pairings have been rushed to SideDish because Worzel wanted them.
