Dallas Food Truck Schedule: November 11 – 17

Mad Grill, which has been driving around for a few months, has found a parking spot at Klyde Warren Park. The food truck is a new concept from Tenielle Powers, the owner/operator of Crazy Fish Sushi and Mr. Snowie. Tenieele pitches Mad Grill as: “Fusion with influences from all over Asia. (Japanese, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian.) … a menu with twists from experiences living in Asia, dishes which would not fit with the theme of Crazy Fish. “

Dallas Food Truck Schedule: November 4 – 9

The annual Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas Buddy Walk is taking place this Sunday, November 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at AT&T Victory Plaza. The purpose of the walk is to help promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. The Buddy Walk is a national event with more than 275 walks nationwide. Dallas’ Buddy Walk has grown from a few hundred people to over 10,000 estimated for this coming Sunday. Food trucks participating include: Easy Slider, Enticed Shaved Ice, Gandolfo’s, Nammi, Ruthie’s Grilled Cheese, The Butcher’s Son, Texas Burrito Company, Trailer Cakes, What’s da Scoop?, Bombay Street Food, Flatlanders Taco Company, Food Station by D Cares, Not Just Q., Eat Jo Dawgs, and Yim Yam Food Truck.

Dallas Food Truck Schedule: October 28 – November 2

Continue to look for your favorite Dallas food trucks at fall festivals, pumpkin patches, elementary school fundraisers, and church events. These are the few weeks, after the blazing summer and before Dallas winter sets in, that the food trucks are out and about en masse. With that, here is your schedule for the week. Always check Facebook and Twitter, since the trucks will change their schedule due to mechanical problems, weather, and the possibility of a better (more profitable) event.

Dallas Food Truck Schedule: October 20 – 26

This is the time of year when schools do fundraisers, and they’ve learned that they can increase attendance and make it a more fun event with food trucks. This coming weekend, you’ll see fall festival events at schools across the city: Brentfield, Moss Haven, Indian Creek, Butler, and Hedgecox Elementary schools, as well as Gulledge School, Whitt School, and Parish Episcopal. Food Truck Schedule for Dallas: October 14 to 19

If you attended the event last week, pictured in the photo above, then you got to experience some of Dallas’ top food trucks all together in one place. Take note of the group: Easy Slider, Ruthies, Flatlanders, Nammi, and Pompeii DFW. The only way it could have been better is if The Butcher’s Son, Guava Tree, and Cajun Tailgators showed up. Then it would have, without a doubt,included all of the top rated food trucks in Dallas. There are a few from Fort Worth that occasionally come down to see us (SoCal Tacos, Good Karma Kitchen). But as far as Dallas food trucks go, this group is tops.

Temple Shalom is holding its 3rd Food Truck Palooza this coming Sunday, September 14. Currently booked food trucks include The Butcher’s Son, Coolhaus, Cup Cakin’ Machine, Easy Slider, Gandolfo’s NY Deli, Little Greek, Mad Grill, Misha’s Kitchen, Nammi, Rockin’ Rick’s, Ruthie’s Crepes, Ruthie’s Grilled Cheese, Simply Dosa, Taste of Cuba, Texas Burrito Company and Tutta’s Pizza. This event has been well-run in the past with a strong tilt towards kids activities.
