SideDish Server of the Week: Frank Horak of Hibiscus

Each Friday during DFW Restaurant Week, we honor a server who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. The winners are chosen by diners. SideDish reader Jeff Bensen took a group of friends to Hibiscus. He sends this winning report on Frank Horak:

We had a great dinner at Hibiscus this past Friday and were lucky enough to have Frank as our server.  He made great recommendations and was very attentive.  We were a little wary about how dinner would go on the Friday of restaurant week with 8 people at Hibiscus, but he made us feel right at home.  It’s great enough that Graham is in the kitchen making some amazing food, but Frank exceeded all expectations.
