Ingredients – 4 Servings
- 1 Jar Mr. Wittle’s Garbanzo Bean Salad
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Pinch Fresh Dill, optional
Brush grill grates with canola oil to prevent chicken from sticking. Heat grill on high. Salt and pepper chicken. Reduce grill temperature to medium. Place chicken on grill and cook for 15 minutes. Turn and cook additional 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut or tear lettuce into bite size cubes, place in large salad bowl. Empty contents of Mr. Wittle Garbanzo Bean Salad onto lettuce. Slice radishes over. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Add feta and fresh dill, if desired. Toss well. Keep chilled. When chicken is done, let rest 10 minutes. Slice into strips. Toss chicken into mixed salad or make individual portions and top each with 1/2 sliced chicken breast.
