Stephan Pyles’ New Restaurant, San Salvaje, is Now Taking Reservations

sanSan Salvaje (pronounced San Sal-VAH-hay), which means “wild saint”, is now taking reservations for dinner only starting Tuesday, May 13. They will be open Mondays-Thursdays from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m.-11 p.m. 2100 Ross Ave Suite 100. 214-922-9922.

    Santo Salvaje = Wild Saint

    Porqué? Porqué, San is used to address a saints name.. I.E. San Francisco is Saint Francisco not Francisco Saint… you are using saint in general…the way you have it translated it’s as if the saints name is Wild…which is cool; but not what I think you intended…

    Not trying to be rude; just pointing out a translation error from a local chilango…
