Executive Chef Ian Tate is Out of the Kitchen at Salum and Komali

Yikes! Today must be National Whack-a-Mole Chef day. Ian Tate, once the manager at The Slow Bone, is no longer the chef at Salum and Komali. Maybe he will replace Kelly Hightower at Wild Salsa. Perhaps Najat Kaanache will take her cronuts to Salum. And if you believe in miracles, Kelly Hightower will take over the reigns at Souk.

Julio Peraza is probably a much better match for Komali and Salum. Wish Abe all the best, he totally deserves it! Salum and Komali are superstars in Dallas
