Nickel and Rye’s “libations and hashery” has taken over the old Uptown Bar & Grill spot. According to Lauren Drewes Daniels, it’s been open since October 18 for good. That means this little bar is moving along pretty well if it’s already got brunch down. Has anybody been here yet? Any thoughts? Opinions? I’m curious.

  1. I’ve been a few times already! Place is awesome! The food is so much better than one would expect. My group of friends tried most of the menu and didn’t come across one thing we didn’t like. The staff is super attentive too.
The build out is a really cool. The mix of indoor outdoor space is great. So glad to see a new place that actually fits the space. Go! You will love it too!

  2. You definitely nailed it with your review of their brunch, exceptional comes to mind. The only thing we found better than their food and choice of beers was their service!
