Philip Speer, the executive pastry chef and culinary director at Uchi in Austin will join chef/artist/owner Matt McCallister to present a color-themed eight-course dinner on May 13 at FT33. Speer and MM will create both savory and sweet courses and a color palate of red, yellow, blue, green, orange, violet, magenta, and black.
