Eater National has released the cover of Daniel Vaughn’s book, The Prophets of Smoked Meats. It’s the first book published by Anthony Bourdain’s Ecco line. Congrats BBQ Snob, may you remember us when you are on CNN. Book due in stores in late spring 2013.

  5. Great observation, Carol. Congrats to Daniel and everyone involved. I’m proud that at least the scholarly side of BBQ is headquartered in Big D. Now if we could just get some great BBQ restaurants to join Lockhart, Pecan Lodge and my personal fave: Meshacks.
