  1. I have eaten here several times already – very nice old fashioned TexMex and I am from San Antonio. Carne Asada was yummy. The guacamole was delicious and you get a lot for your money (I do wish it came with fresh corn tortillas but their kitchen is tiny). The bean soup was great but not very spicy to me – it did have the delicious flavor of pork which makes me, but not any vegetarians, very happy. Grilled shrimp tacos good but sometimes too salty (they can be kind of heavy on the bacon).
Good margaritas, cold beer, several TVs – what’s not to love.
The servers are super friendly and nice and even though this is basically a half mile from West Village and a half mile from Henderson, it is very laid back and there is plenty of parking. I can walk here myself but for my friends, No valet=Yeah!
