Free Ice Cream Today at Norma’s Cafe

Lots of freebies today. On Friday, I mentioned that The Stand in Uptown is giving away 100 free hot dogs starting at 11 a.m. Now I’m happy to inform you guys that, because it’s still National Ice Cream Month, Norma’s Cafe is also serving up free Blue Bell vanilla ice cream in three oz. cups for all its guests (until supplies last).
