Rocco is a genius! I suppose there is a difference between a Mixologist and a Bartender but in this case, Rocco is brilliant in both titles! One of my favorite things he did was making Campari Dust – how do you think of somthin like that? Go Rocco!
Or Grand Marnier Dust….
or even crystals from dehydrated mineral water and reconstitute it at a later date.
Anyone with an inkling o f science would know how to dehydrate a spirit into a dust or a crystal…
