(lovingly ripped from Hypnotic Donut's Facebook page)
This Friday night, Dallas will have its first opportunity to curb the late-night donut munchies at Hypnotic Donuts. Currently, good late night donut options are, well, essentially nonexistent, but Hypnotic is hoping to change all that.
Owner and donut-debonair, James St. Peter, has been wanting to provide late night donuts for some time now, and I, for one, whole-heartedly support this decision. For now, St. Peter and the crew are in donuts-for-dinner trial mode and will see how things pan out beginning this weekend before making permanent plans.
Of course, decadent donuts are not all that will be offered Friday night. Hypnotic will be running their usual line of spectacular chicken biscuits including a new biscuit special, as well as some sides such as baked beans, fries, and okra…and it’s BYOB. Yeah, so clear your calendars.
This party is going to be so hot-n-steamy, rumor has it that the spirits of Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, and Jerry Garcia will be in attendance and Don Henley will be there passing out love beads and incense holders. But that may just be a rumor. Doors open at 5:25 PM and James says he has no idea what time they will close, but that they will simply post 30 minutes before closing on Facebook and Twitter.
