Remember Christopher Short from his days as executive chef at Stephen Pyles? No? Then perhaps you recall the time he spent in the kitchens of Bella and then Artin’s Grill. He disappeared for a while but this morning comes word Short is now running the show at Social 121 in Plano. He will roll out his new menu the week of March 19...
