Lazaranda Mexican Seafood Grill Open in Addison

This family-friendly seafood spot is operated by Mario Letayf and Antonio Marquez who operate five restaurants (La Bonne Restaurants, Muelle 17, Muelle de al Lado and La Méjico) in Monterrey, as in Mexico. The name stems from “zaranda” a term used in Mexico when seafood is cooked over a fire. The menu offers four methods of grilling their fish: “Zarandeado, a house special mix of garlic, mustard, chipotle and soy sauce; Rancho, crushed red pepper, mayonnaise, olive oil and a touch of soy sauce; Grilled with olive oil, a touch of mayo, salt and pepper; or Talla, marinated in achiote and served with grilled pineapple.” Lazaranda is located along Addison Walk, 5000 Belt Line Rd.
