Left Bank Set to Open in the Bishop Arts District

Subtitle: Four Men and a Restaurant. Here they are: Bradley Anderson, Randall Copeland, Nathan Tate, and Brooks Anderson are opening Left Bank in the beautiful Bishop Arts District. It will be “American Bistro with a soft French accent.” Pouvoir j’ai un pamplemousse s’il vous plaît.

Left Bank will focus on simple yet classic technique and execution while sourcing the freshest local ingredients available. Left Bank’s menu will highlight the  “deliciousness of simplicity” infused with the creative talents of Chef Nate and Chef Randall (Restaurant Ava). Left Bank will offer an affordable, eclectic wine list selected by Brooks and Bradley (Veritas) that will focus on offerings from France and the American West Coast, without neglecting selections from the other major wine regions of the world.

They are taking over the space formerly known as Decanter at 408 N. Bishop, Suite 108 and plan to open late February or early March. I hope they make a nice chocolate mousse. I love a good chocolate mousse.

  1. Pouvoir j’ai un pamplemousse s’il vous plaît? I think you wanted to say: Pourrais-je avoir un jus de pamplemousse s’il vous plait? :)

    Can’t wait to go there.
