I asked SideDish’s FoodTruckologist, George Lewis, to send me his list of food truck in Dallas. He not only gave up his list, he included all contact information.
From the famous gas station in Watagua, Chef Point there is Chef Point on Wheels. Will be back after summer heat is my understanding. Parked at Gordon Boswell Florist every Wednesday in Ft Worth Across from Harris Hospital.

Jason, most of the ones that you mention are still in the throes of getting licensed and out on the public streets. Ruthie’s will just be getting their truck this week. The Bomb and Mister Cool are mostly event/festival oriented. Getting the trucks functional, licensed, menus developed, web sites, Facebook, Twitter …. lots for them to do to get rolling.
