1950s Comfort Food Fix at Norma’s

Today’s the day, folks. June 21. Not just the summer solstice, but also Norma’s 55th anniversary. To celebrate, Norma’s will be serving Texas-style chicken fried steak, meatloaf, or chicken and dressing with green beans and mashed potatoes at 1950s prices all day long. That’s  $1.79. You’ve got that much hanging around in the bottom of your purse or under the passenger seat of your car. So, head over to celebrate a Dallas institution by eating the heart-healthy rib-sticking faves that have kept nifty Norma’s in bidness for longer than many of us have been alive.
