Jay Jerrier Speaks. Pizza Lovers in Dallas Listen

This just in from the ubiquitous Jay Jerrier, the Pope of Pizza. Bow.

Cane Rosso is changing things up with our Mobile oven ow that we’ve got beautiful weather.  We’ve added a new weekday location on Tuesdays with our good friends at Veritas on Henderson.  Here is the schedule for our mobile oven:

Monday: Green Spot Market on Buckner

Tuesday: Veritas Wine Bar on Henderson

Wednesday: Times Ten Cellars Lakewood

Thursday: Times Ten Cellars Fort Worth

6-9pm or until the dough runs out!

Friday & Saturday are reserved for private events.

And our Deep Ellum, Cane Rosso, restaruant is open for Lunch 11am – 3pm Tuesday through Saturday and Dinner 5pm – 11pm Wednesday through Saturday.  We are ALWAYS closed on Sunday & Monday.

ALWAYS. Even the Pope sleeps.

  1. Oops – besides the hasty grammar, I left out 1 important detail…

Cane Rosso in Deep Ellum is BYOB on Wednesday nights with no corkage fees.

  2. Does this mean we can order to go from these locations? Or is it a dine-in treat type thing?

  3. Jay, even though I personally find your pizza a bit flaccid at the pointy end, I love it and, will not stop eating it!
It’s as close to Italy you can get in Dallas!
Continued success. I’ll also have to remember BYOB Wednesdays.
