Here’s what I have in the garden that you may find very useful for Turkey Day if you are planning to cook that is…

Fresh Herbs:

Lemon Thyme
Lemon Verbena
Mex Mint Marigold
Mint(s) chocolate, orange and spear

I have fresh herbs from other local and regional farms to fill in the blanks such as oregano, sage and tarragon if need.

Garden Greens & Veg:

Braising Mix (rainbow chard, lacinato kale, endive, escarole, arugula, beet tops,turnip greens, mustard greens, collards, red russian kale, arugula, spinach, baby leeks)
Arugula (both regula and sylvetta, aka “wild arugula”)
Petite Salads – (lollo rossa, red oak, green romaine, red veined sorrel, salad burnette, mache, arugula and more)
Baby Fennel
Baby Carrots

I also have hot house lettuces from waxahatchie, tx… and mountain grown lettuces from Columbia, we are set up like saladonia station and before I forget…lots of Texas valley, savoy spinach.

I have some very nice dried chestnuts from Oregon @ $20# (cooking them in with brown rice is my favorite)

We’ll do our custom mix n’ match mushrooms @ $15# for 1# minimum or 1/2# @ $10…I may even throw in a truffle!

We have wild foraged spices like Fennel Pollen and Sumac @ $2 oz
