Thanksgiving is just around the corner and instead of spending a day slaving away in the kitchen, Chef J Chastain has come to the rescue again with his modern take on the holiday meal by preparing a tantalizing three-course feast complete with wine pairings. Choose a dish from each course to create their own custom-tailored Thanksgiving meal both in the restaurant and through in-room dining, and with something for everyone; the whole family will be pleased. Now that is something to be thankful for.

First Course
Apple Onion Soup, crispy pork ravioli, chives

Thanks, and for any readers that are having trouble chopping onions without the crying, here’s an incredibly easy tip – put them in the fridge for a few hours, then chop them straight away after taking them out! No more tears! I found some more onion soup recipes here if anyone wants to try some more variations.
