David Bull has split the scene at Bolla Restaurant in the Stoneleigh Hotel and has returned to Austin where he will open two restaurants in The Austonian. Bull is still an employee of La Cosha Hospitality, the group that manages the Stoneleigh. Anywhoo, Bull’s replacement is Cesar Gallegos, who is rejoining La Corsha—he worked at the Driskill Hotel and Barton Creek Resort in Austin—will take over the post of executive chef.
