Last Friday night, 11 celebrity chefs joined organizer John (DRG) Tesar at the Burgers and Burgundy event benefiting DIFFA. They chose The House in Victory Park by Philippe Starck for the event. (This may be the coolest high-rise in downtown Dallas.) The walls are white museum the rooftop deck has infinity pool! The goal of the evening: 12 celebrated chefs got a chance to render the humble burger in a way that represented the very best of their culinary art.
In this video the chefs describe their interpretation of the burger mandate and John Tesar describes the cause behind the event.
