Tonight officially marks my last night at the Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa and Bolla in Dallas! I am proud to announce my replacement – Cesar Gallegos who will immediately take over my role as executive Chef! Cesar was most recently the EC at The St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio and was my sous chef at the Driskill Hotel for 3 years. Please join me to celebrate the next chapter and to welcome him to Dallas.

David Bull is opening two restaurants at The Austonian high-rise condo project in Austin.
