Kent Rathbun kicks off tonight’s Brewtopia festival of beers at Central Market with a crash course in cooking with beer aptly named From Pint to Plate. This Cooking School event follows a Rahr sampling in the beer & wine department, so start there and work your way over to the Cooking School. Rathbun gives the evening’s beers (not sure which ones will be decanted for the cooking) both starring and cameo appearances in dishes like:
