Taco Mundo in Fort Worth is Open. Again.

Taco Mundo has re-opened in FW. Not sure when it opened or who is behind the opening, but my husband and I went there yesterday and it was good as always.

It’s true, Carolina Galvan-Rodriguez  is back in business. She’s a tough cookie.

  4. We went to Carolina’s this weekend and it had a good crowd. No wait and not packed, but full.
    I am looking forward to sub 100 degree days to go enjoy their patio.
