A little birdie with a big beak tells me Howard Wang’s and NAAN are both opening uptown locations this fall. And Brackets, the upscale sports bar in the old Trader Vic’s location, is set to debut in mid-September.

Arguably, Howard Wang’s has to be the WORST chinese food in Dallas!
Most everything is pre-cooked. Especially, anything fried. But don’t take my word for it. Find out for yourself.

I have to agree on Howard Wang’s. I was so hopeful when it opened because I live in the neighborhood but have been really disappointed the few times I’ve tried it. Ah well.

It’s no secret Nancy, Howard Wang’s is opening up in the new Cityville Katy Trail. Gloria’s is also opening in this location.
I have to agree with Frenchy. The worst Chinese food-anywhere!
After trying to eat the fried items and not being able to even chew them, we enquired as to why they were all so dry and chewy. We were told, they pre-cook most everything and then, cook or fry again after it’s ordered.
