  4. Vendors have to pay non-refundable fees to attend most markets. If it rains, they are out the cash or if it’s likely to rain and no one shows up when they do, they lose money. Most vendors are required to make the yea or nay decision a few days in advance. I don’t blame them for closing it this week.
