What famous Dallas chef said: “I have to put my signature on everything, but the key is the Mansion tradition. You’re only as good as your vehicle – and I’m driving a Bentley here.”

First two with the correct answer win.

Yes, you CAN drink red with seafood…and lots of other wines too! Join TJ’s Fresh Seafood Market and Veritas Wine Room for a fun event on June 11th, tasting creatively-paired seafood and wines.

You may have tried seafood paired with a crisp white wine, but what about a rosé? A prosecco? How about (gasp!) a pinot noir?

“There are as many varied flavors in the sea as there are types of grapes,” says Jon Alexis, co-owner of TJ’s Fresh Seafood Market. “We are excited to pair fresh seafood with some fun wines. Who knows, maybe we’ll even break a few rules!”

Family owned since 1989, TJ’s Fresh Seafood Market has been recognized by the Dallas Morning News, D Magazine and Dallas Observer for freshest seafood and “mom & pop” customer service.

Veritas Wine Room is an East Dallas, neighborhood friendly, award winning, VinoPub venture dedicated to the finest boutique wines and craft beers from around the world, as well as Texas cheeses, Texas meats, Texas chocolates and selected imported
