Great Harvest Bread Company in Dallas is Closed
A loyal Disher just e-mailed to say the Great Harvest Bread space in Snider Plaza is empty. I contacted corporate headquarters in Dillon, Montana where a very nice lady named Sally confirmed the closing. She said the landlord decided not to renew their lease and the current owner decided not to pursue another location. However, there is another Great Harvest Bread location in, appropriately, Flour Flower Mound.

Yeah, last I checked, UP has a Dallas mailing address and no post office.
That was a pretty solid bakery. I should try out the one down Lovers near the theatre (Empire?). Any other good recommendations?

There is a fully functioning official USPS Post Office at SMU. Not many people off the campus know about it. I use it all the time to mail packages because there is never, ever a line. The Greenville/Lovers post office across from Central Market can take 25 minutes to get through the line.
