The guy is so talented, and I love what he created at the Fish Market.
i still dont know how this place is open or stays open.

Well there is definetly no reason to go to Dallas Fish Market. The place is a ghost town. I agree with S. How or why does this place stay open?? Now that the chef is gone close it down.
