Ch-ch-ch-changes in Dining at Preston Center: Park Cities Prime and Café Expresso

Amy Severson reports that Park Cities Prime is no longer a steakhouse. The space is now called Preston’s and the menu offers a “truly organic experience.” Also longtime owner/chef/good neighbor, Dieter Paul of Cafe Expresso, has sold the business and will retire soon. Thanks for all of the soft shell crabs, Dieter.

  1. So is that the same Preston’s that was originally on Beltine & Preston in Addison? As I remember it was organic trying to be “diety” heart safe… It was before it’s time and simply not tasty enough to establish a following.
