Bob Sambol likes carrots and his new business partners.

I just got a text from Bob Sambol, founder of Bob’s Steak & Chop House, that reads, “Deal just closed.” The deal he is referring to is the sale of Bob’s Steak & Chop House to Lemmon Avenue Holdings owned by Jessica Smith. When I reached him on the phone he said,  “The judge just approved the sale and everything I told you last week is happening. I’m staying on and nothing is going to change. Business is great.” Details are coming in a press release.
