Thanks for the shout out about Oregon White Truffles at Cru next week!  Oregon also has native black truffles that are fabulous, and neither are all that &quot;rare&quot;, just harder to ship than the European varieties.  We serve both at the Oregon Truffle Festival in abundance in late January (which is when they are most fragrantly ripe!).</description>
