Something I learned over dinner last night (other than confirming that pre-fab onion rings bought at Sam’s should be banished from any ‘best of’ restaurant lists): KERA’s own announcer Ilan Goddard has been an urban backyard chicken herder for 6 years. That’s way ahead of almost anyone in Dallas north of Elam Road.
