Chef Changes in Dallas

wackIn this episode of  Wack-A-Mole Chef, Nancy is late to the reporting party. Kim Pierce, on Eatsblog, reports that Francesco Farris will not be in the Arcodoro & Pomodoro kitchen when it reopens in the old Bice space next weekend. Francesco’s brother Efiso and his wife, Lori, still run the restaurant here and in Houston. Dang, that’s a bummer. Sounds like a job for this guy. Over on PegNews, heat seeking missile Teresa Gubbins writes that Jeff  Moschetti has left the Landmark Melrose. We might as well make this a trend—it only takes three of one thing—Oceanaire execuchef Chad Kelley has left the mothership.
