The best experience I had was at LOCAL down on Elm Street. The food was the best I’ve had in Dallas and only came in second to the dessert – what a marvelous treat! Whoever has the reigns in that kitchen – both chef and pastry chef obviously know how to highlight flavor and taste of the season! BRAVO LOCAL! I will return.
