  1. Looks like the Buzzbrews and Lumi links are reversed on your post.

  3. A “growing community” east of Plano — Murphy? There is a branch of Amado’s there that claims to have “35 tequilas.”

  4. I’m betting that it is Tacos Y Salsa in Sachse-they are always boasting about their tequila bar in their flyers and ads.

  6. Is the sushi place Fish in WV? Haven’t been in there in a while, so I’m not sure if that’s it in the picture.

  10. The mi cocina in Flower Mound would be better if it had a full bar. And less of the weird “all white” look. Its not cozy at all. It is nothing like the great mi cocina locations (sundance square, north dallas)

  11. I think I spotted a new second restaurant location for La Palapa Veracruzana. $50,000 to take over a Tex-Mex place in Flower Mound that earns $700-$950K in sales. That sounds like a winner. The Lewisville/Flower Mound area is dying for good “Mexican” not Tex-Mex.

  13. @WG- I don’t think Lola would have 75% in liquor sales though…

  14. I could build 10 restaurants for 3.2 million dollars and throw more then $172,000.00 in income. Are you sure those numbers are right?

  15. Famous neighborhood bar/pub is quite possibly Idle Rich?

Flower Mound Tex-Mex restaurant is definitely an Anamia’s location, no doubt.
