  2. I read this fabulous book when it was FIRST published and have been waiting since then to see it on the big screen! Couldn’t have cast it better, myself! I will be anxiously waiting to see if I get to “relive” this experience through the movie AND Julie Powell’s retelling! Do you hear my need to be there?!?

  8. My sister loves to cook. She tries recipes from all kinds of cookbooks. Jenn told me about this movie this weekend and showed me the cookbook Julie used to test Julia’s recipes. Jenn of course has made items from her Julia Child cookbook. She is 8 months pregnant, so I would LOVE to surprise her with a girl’s night to enjoy a movie about her passion for cooking. P.S. as her sis, I am one of her best tasters. :)
