I’ve had the fortune of being a taste testing guinea pig for Rhonda before, and everything I’ve ever taste-tested for her has been amazing. One of the best things she’s made for me was for my birthday a few years ago…a very moist but not too rich dark chocolate cake with DeVries or Valrhona Manjari or another great chocolate.

I wish I were back in Dallas to attend this because I would eat myself into chocolate submission.
