New Office Catering Company

Do you work in an office and want lunch delivered to your cube? We do. Kathleen’s comes here all the time to sell us soups, sandwiches, and salads. (I have a piece of blue cheese stuck in my keyboard to prove it.) Now comes word that there is a new caterer on the block. Any block. It’s called Edible Envy. WEDNESDAY
*Homemade Black Bean Burger w/Low-fat Chipotle Mayo
Served on a whole grain bun with sliced avocado
Blue Corn Tortilla chips and homemade salsa

*Homestyle Turkey Goulash made with Whole Grain Pasta
Side Salad
Whole Wheat Roll

THURSDAY
•    Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad w/Turkey Bacon and Low-cal Ranch Dressing

•    Garden Vegetable Lasagna w/Side Salad

FRIDAY
•    Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap on Whole Grain Tortilla w/Baked Chips

  1. I have had a couple of meals from this company. They are delicious!! I love that they cook tasty meals that are still healthy. Sometimes that’s an elusive combination. Bravo Edible Envy!

  2. Thank you for the plug Nancy! Just wanted everyone to know that all meals are under 500 Calories. So far the meals haven’t reached 500 and have averaged around 375-400 each.

  4. I love the lunches! Sometimes I order one for dinner too. It’s tasty and healthy. Plus the menu is always changing so you never get tired of a dish. Better yet, you can request specific dishes. give it a try!

  9. I had the Rustic Pasta and side salad last week…so tasty and it totally filled me up even though it was low-cal. I can’t wait to try the veggie lasagna. Yum!

  16. I just had my first meal from this place today…the buffalo chicken wrap…and I was very impressed! Everything was super fresh, and the portion size was more than I expected…plenty of chicken. Meat’s meat and a man’s gotta eat!
