  1. I have had a couple of great experiences at Normandie Alliance…it’s worth the trip. I love the onion soup and crepe with nutella, but the Coq au Vin Menu looks good too. It’s one of our favorite BYOB spots.

  2. We took 29 friends to Normandie Alliance last Thursday night for a special authentic Cassoulet dinner Chef Gilles made. My wife and I have been searching ten years for a Cassoulet as good as we experienced in Carcassonne, France; he pulled it off and if you know Cassoulet he said he broke the crust four times. It was wonderful!!! We paired the wines to go with each course and a great time was had by all. Can’t wait to try his Coq au Vin with a good Pinot Noir. It is BYOB with no corkage fee. Bon appitite

  3. Glad to see Normandie Alliance on sidedish. Their crepes are pretty good. I like the chicken one with button mushrooms. When we lived in Philly there were BYOB places everywhere but aren’t nearly as many in Dallas. We were pumped to find NA.

  5. We were two of the lucky recipients of the Cassoulet dinner and it was fabulous. Also love the onion soup. We have been there another time and it was just as good. The chef loves to come to your table to tell you all about the food, France, or anything else. It’s a BYOB which is a huge plus.

  6. My wife and I are frequent diners at Normandie Alliance. Not only is the food excellent and reasonably priced, Chef Gilles and his wife Christel are delightful people. And the fact that we can bring our own wine is another big plus. We were among the folks at the Cassoulet diner last week. It was fabulous. Please give Normandie Alliance a try. Gillles anD Christel deserve success.
