I hear it’s going to be a spectacular restaurant (gorgeous mountain views, cool California chef) at a nice weekend getaway destination. Very close to Stanford University so you can hob nob with really smart people.
Any chance he would be willing to share his panna cotta recipe before leaving? Its the best I’ve ever had and I can’t seem to replicate it!

auguste – i’m sure everyone at craft appreciates your concern over my notice of departure. trust me in that it was ample and professional. craft will get through valentine’s day JUST fine.
