Craft Dallas: Shannon Swindle Update

Craft Dallas pastry chef, Shannon Swindle, is leaving on February 12 to work at the new Madera Restaurant in the Rosewood Sand Hills in Menlo Park, California. Bummer, dudes. Hey Shannon, don’t forget to pack your starters!

    I hear it’s going to be a spectacular restaurant (gorgeous mountain views, cool California chef) at a nice weekend getaway destination. Very close to Stanford University so you can hob nob with really smart people.

    Any chance he would be willing to share his panna cotta recipe before leaving? Its the best I’ve ever had and I can’t seem to replicate it!
