Cupcakery Offers The Cherry On Top, Inside

People get frustrated when businesses send us products (i.e., when bakeries send us baked goods and stuff), and then we write about them. This time, I didn’t even receive any Cherryliscious cupcakes from the Cupcakery, I’m just writing about them because I think they sound good. So there. What are they, you ask? Cherryliscious cupcakes are chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate-cherry mousse in the center, with an ACTUAL cherry tucked inside. Yes, a real one. Five, count em’ five, layers of ganache top off the cakes.

February is “Cherryliscious” at The Cupcakery

(Frisco, Texas) January 22, 2009 – The Cupcakery, Texas’ premier cupcake bakery, is launching their February Flavor of the Month: Cherryliscious. These infamous chocolate cupcakes include an actual cherry tucked inside the chocolate-cherry mousse center and are topped with five layers of decadent ganache frosting. The Cherryliscious cupcakes will be available starting Friday, January 23.

The Cupcakery is also taking orders for their 2009 Valentine’s Day assortment. This box of 12 glittery and romantically-themed cupcakes makes a sweet gift for any loved one, friend or family member.

The Cupcakery will also be taking orders for Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburg Steelers cupcakes in honor of the two teams playing in the Super Bowl on February 1.

They are very moist. I go there every week and have yet to have a bad one. The southern Belle is to die for. Too bad you didn’t have a good experience Kelli.

Rumor has it a Southlake location is going to open this spring! But they are totally worth the drive north! And everyone needs to try the cupcake bites! They’re cake batter in frosting… think donut holes but with cupcakes – to die for. It’s amazing I don’t weigh 400 lbs!!

Cupcakery cupcakes taste like the perspiration of the baby jesus!! the donut holes, i mean cupcake bites, are a transcendent experience — they’re an express ticket to nirvana!!! eating these cupcakes makes you ACTUALLY LOSE WEIGHT!!!

It’s a little misleading to say they have an “Actual cherry” stuffed inside – it’s just one of those fake, pickled, maraschino variety of garnishes that taste like plastic.

Skip the Cherry one and go for the Lemon Blueberry – it is delicious.
