Central Market Adds Another Gina Stipo Cooking Class

My little group that went to Italy with me in October to attend Ecco la Cucina got together last night for a reunion dinner. (Somebody (AC?) please send me a cure for a Gavi hangover.) Anywhoo, Chef Gina Stipo is in town and she, and her sister Mary, joined us. Gina baked lobsters and made pasta and pizza and a bunch of other stuff I can’t remember. (I took pictures and video to post today but I can’t find my camera. That picture is of Mary and Gina outside of the cooking school in Italy.)

The Biscotti Brothers were there and I seem to recall Karen Cassady, party attendant and director of Central Market Cooking School, telling me that Gina’s class on January 29th is sold out and they’ve added a second class on February 2nd. Yes, according to the call log on my cell, I made a reservation for that class at 11:33pm. Here’s the number: 214-361-5754. Yow. Zah. Gina knows how to party.
