Freshman year of college, a boy I liked drank Fat Tire. Before meeting him, I had probably only tasted Bud Light and Zima. I thought Fat Tire was just about the coolest thing ever, even though I wasn’t crazy about the taste.
If I knew where that boy was, I would tell him about the Libertine‘s upcoming Beer Dinner, featuring the New Belgium brewery. It’s on January 27 at 7pm. New Belgium makes other beers besides Fat Tire (La Folie? Blue Paddle? Anyone?), and they are pairing these others along with delicious Libertine foods. Jump for the menu.
The fun starts Tuesday, January 27th at 7PM and is $50.00 per person. Reservations are required.
