I saw this last time. I think smoking it for 2-3 hours then wrapping it in foil and cooking it for another 3-4 might even get our devout Hebrew and Muslim brethren to eat it.

I saw this last time as well. Did a healthier variation. Stuffed it with ground chicken, swiss cheese, ranch dressing and canadian bacon. Sort of cordon bleu style. Only took about 1-1/2 hours at 225. The bacon obviously won’t crisp up a this temp. Next time I will par cook the bacon weave prior to wrapping in hopes the bacon will be more well done.
