Chick Chef Expected to Head “Team Puck” at Five-Sixty

It looks like Sara Johannes, sous chef at Wolgang Puck’s 20.21 in Minneapolis, will be tagged today as the execuchef at Five-Sixty. Does this mean Johannes’ career is catapulting 539.79 feet? Perhaps, but the name 20.21 doesn’t refer to the height of the restaurant—20.21 is located in the Walker Art Center and the focus of their collection is on 20th- and 21st-century art. But let’s get down to the real question running around in your polluted heads. Yes, according to one male in the (my?) pipeline, she is “hotness.” Consider the Casey void filled.

(BTW, I pulled that photo from her Facebook page. She has 147 friends. She will no doubt have more by tonight.)

    11/08/08 Patton’s on Main Now Closed

    Patton’s on Main, the acclaimed restaurant on the corner of Main and Second Streets in Marble Falls, closed its doors for the last time on Saturday, November 8th. Chef/co-owner Pat Robertson has been hired by the Wolfgang Puck Corporation to open a new restaurant in Dallas’ Reunion Tower. This will be the third new restaurant opened by Robertson, and his second under Puck

  12. I’m so glad that the people of Dallas have you around to tell them weither or not Sara is hot or simply cute.
    Sara is an amazing chef with great amout of talent that should be what’s important.
