Abacus Receives AAA Five Diamond Award

I hope you took my advice and signed up for one of these. If you did, pat yourself on the back. You’ll be cooking in the kitchen of a AAA Five Diamond Award winning restaurant. Yep, Abacus just received this designation. Kudos to them.

More chef Rathbun news: His “picking up the elk” moment from Iron Chef America (known to the Rathbun brothers as the Bobby Flay beatdown) recently made the show’s “Greatest Moments” episode. Watch for that on the Food Network.

  1. The 2009 five diamond list only includes one restaurant in Texas and that’s The French Room.
