If you are free this evening here is another great way to try Paula's cheese and have some wine, and it is a great deal, this comes from the Crush Wine Shop Newsletter:

This Thursday were having a Happy Hour event featuring artisan cheeses from Paula Lambert's Mozzarella Company. One of Paula's staff cheese experts will be on hand to sample a number of the company's cheeses and we are pairing them with compatible wines that make a good match. This wine and cheese demo event is from 5:30 - 7:00PM, Thursday, Nov. 6th. Your price to taste is only $10 (complementary for Crush Club Wine Program members).

Mozzarella Co makes a version of Burratta that is different from what you get in Italy. The only place i have been able to get real Italian Burratta is from Murray's Cheese in NYC. They will overnight it to you. I spoke with the folks at Molto and they are going to try to obtain some authentic Burratta but have not gotten any yet...it is very perishable and customs is an issue.
